What do you guys use if you're not using Lortone or Thumler?
I've only ever used the two brands (every model of Lortone but only the smaller Thumler with the gasket used to clench the barrel closed).
I did find a few MJR threads here but they weren't very conclusive, and have heard lots about the Leegol/Harbor Freight tumblers BUT being Canadian they're not really an option. Is there anyone else making decent tumblers that come in a variety of sizes?

For rotary I have a National Geographic 3lb tumbler and it works great. I was quite surprised.

Rebel 17. It's everything a Model B should have been.

If you are mechanically capable, you can build a much better tumbler than can be purchased, or hit up a friend for help.

THumlers. I did the C/E Leegol thing- gave them away as just too much maintenance/ lack of parts availability. My 17 year old Thumler's Model T just died this month. Waiting on a replacement motor so I can run it another 17 years.

Homemade tumbler, it uses (4) lortone 6 lb barrels. Been going for 3 years with zero problems. Shut it down last year for a hurricane in case power went out. Lot-o and thumler 10 lb vib for finish. Lot-o had springs replaced, thumler no problem’s.
