All boxes sold!Hi Everybody! I'm trying to clear some space in my warehouse, and that means a nice sale! Most boxes are random pulls from estate sales, and all are rocks that I would cut if I had enough time... but I don't! Rocks include Cady's agate, petrified wood, red jaspers, and more. For my first batch, I've got 4 large flat rate boxes. Box #1 26 lbs, $50 (shipping included). Box #2 26 lbs, $50 (shipping included)Box #3 28 lbs, $50 (shipping included)Box #4 28 lbs, $50 (shipping included)I have enough for hundreds of these boxes, so please let me know if there is interest for some more! Jeff

Hi Jeff, Welcome to the forum, and sorry for your patner's loss. I have to agree with Tony ( catmandewe). Based on the couple of photos this doesn't appear to be Pietersite. Could you get some photos from closer to the stone?

I (or rather, my employee) cut this one a couple months ago. I'm not sure of the origin, it was in a large black bin full of thundereggs from various locales.

I always enjoyed Ed's posts, and his signature signoff.
I'll bump this up to $200

Man, I'm such a sucker. In the hobby for less than a month, already have too much rough, and what do I do? Buy 16 pounds more. I have a feeling I'm in good company here. Thank you! I'll send you some good ones!

Update!!! My wife called me this morning to apologize for $250 she spent at Coyote Ugly when she did shots off the bartenders belly.... In response I didn't tell her about the rough I ordered from the Rock Shed this morning...LOL If it makes you feel any better, I just placed an order from barnhouselapidary (chunk of Pietersite!) and my wife is sitting right next to me cruising Facebook...she never saw it happening! LOL rxscram - my order was over $100...but I chose the "other" shipping, so it wasn't the free shipping like you asked. Thanks so much for the order!

Hey everybody, I've decided I'm going to do something I don't do very often... have a sale! This is exclusive to RTH members, and is good for everything in the store except for rock tumblers and tumbling subscription boxes. Here are the details: Website -> www.barnhouselapidary.com/online-storeDuring checkout, use coupon code " RTH_2023" and you'll receive 25% off the total. I only ask that you don't use the free shipping deal in conjunction with this sale, as that would be cost-prohibitive to me. I've got a lot of great material listed, including Pietersite, sugilite, and almost a thousand slabs and rough lots.
