Didn't see any goats, but there is a rather large chicken coop & enclosure behind the garage. Thinking wife unit will settle for chickens. Horse next door. Dogs will love that! Wonder what horse pop smells like in the heat of summer... been too long for me to recall. I now completely understand why the house has been on the market so long. The place is a total disaster. I have no idea how they managed to get the pictures they used in the listing. NOTHING looked like any of the 25 pictures in the listing. Big on potential. They would have to seriously lower the price. Not sure that's gonna happen. Seller may figure someone may buy and tear down the house and rebuild. Land here worth more than buildings. Not sure that I want to tackle this one. Hate to pass on a challenge, but it would be the project of my lifetime. Still thinking on it. Vacillating between disappointed and intrigued - Throw enough $$ at it and it could be one heck of a house. Must keep desire for rock shop from leading me into stupid questionable decisions. Admit it, captbob....you *really* don't want to leave your chihuahuas and custody battles are always nasty...but a positive aspect of the new property is that you could raise one heck'uva crop of frogs in the pool!!!! Btw, hello.

Let their anguish be their anguish and your peace be your peace, James. You know the path that you have walked and the path that you will continue on. Your mother sounds like quiet the woman that has been a blessing to all that encountered her, pity those who missed out on that blessing 'cause our life path is one way...we can't go back and walk it anew. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours, James. I'm just over here in 'Bama if you need to sit on a gravel bar or something... Ed Thanks Ed. You have it accurate. Wealth and richness comes in many forms. Veiled at times. She about wore me out over the past years. I'd gladly do it all over again. Classic Magnolia, know what I mean ? Yes, I do, James, yes I do....Classic Magnolia says it all. I wish I could have made her acquaintance, but I know you so I get to see some of her through you....and what I see is a good man, James. God bless you. Ed

My heart goes out to you James. I see you as a man of honor, integrity and love - a true christian in the original sense! Be comforted in knowing your Mom will always be with you and that you honored for these last eleven years! I fear that if I did not take care of her the Saint she was, I was going to have to answer to a much higher power. And those that acted cruelly towards her will have to live w/themselves. Amazes me to see the contentment in those that were kind to her, and the exact opposite of those that were not. Her caretakers in the care unit that she lived at were the best family I ever had. Thanks Erich. Hello everybody. Not much happening around here...captbob, I'm hanging on but my grip is getting tired.
sg, I was just interested in getting rid of a few domain names. I had one or two that might be worth a Big Mac or something and could use the food...didn't want to just give them up without seeing if I could get a few bucks for them. No biggie.

Shotgunner, glad you made your sale.
Howdy James, I hope you and yours are well. Not around a whole lot, life can throw you curves...

Anybody ever sold a domain name? Know a good website/company? I've got a couple that I would like to sell but I have no idea about selling/transferring/etc.,.
Thanks!

Thanks.

The rock is only 3" long and barely 2" wide. It is kind of wedge-shaped...one end thicker than the other. It should fit on my tile saw (that I haven't tried out yet). I think I'll saw some other rocks before trying this one...get a little experience under my belt first. Will have to get the saw out soon!!! Maybe there's something cool in there!!!!!!

SURVIVORS abound! Out looking around in the bushes around the tadpole habitat and saw itty bitty frogs all over the place. I see 5 in the picture below, and there were ones and twos all over the bushes. Guess some of them have made it past the lizard gauntlet - so far. The lizards are smart...they're letting the frogs fatten up a little..... Did you remember to get a family portrait... ?

Thanks for the feedback, fernwood. It's nothing special other than I don't see much of this round here and was curious about it.

Those are 99.9% surely Little Grass Frogs (Pseudacris ocularis). A type of chorus frog. Great job frogdaddy! Well, with the crescendo of frogs, if Bob can get an infestation of crickets he and his neighbors will think they're in the middle of the everglades...or at least Disneyland (dont feed the gators!)....dress his chihuahuas in little tutus and teach them some tricks and he could charge admission....
