check the hardness. I would call it an agate if it is harder than glass. Possibly a version of calcite if softer.

Looks like we will meet up at Peggy Sue's Diner at 8:30 on April 8th. After a bite to eat, Scott(NRG) will be quidding us to a couple of collecting areas. We can set up the next day if there are any takers at on the 8th. I would imagine I will be hitting areas in Lavic that were pointed out to me by Scott. Please let us know if you are able to come.

Looks like I will be going to a USS Hawkbill (SSN 666) reunion in early may. I think I will try and find someplace close to Vegas to hound for a day and stop in Delta for a couple of days on the way back, so will be looking over that area also.
