hi all, trying again to get help on the following:
tried the fix that jspencer suggested, worked like a charm. the tumbler has been running for 2 weeks with no problem. however the shine on my shells does not come close to the shine i get on my rotary, the corn cob sort of leaves a tan powder on everything, is there another media i can use with my shells. the aluminum oxide from the rock shed works great in the rotary, also tried tin oxide in the vibe, same results, sort of a matt shine. i know shells are different than rocks but all you experts surely can come up with a solution for my vibe. the vibe is a lot nicer to my shells as far as breakage and wearing down goes, thats why i would love to get the shine problem solved on the vibe. thanks again for all your help
ps am trying to put some pics of my wampum shells on
