I'm a fan of appreciating where folks are from. Your location can be a general one, but still useful to folks responding to your what is it, or where should I look questions. Your location info can be a part of your signature or merely noted in your profile. Just thinking. Tom

PLus one Tom, Wish at least the state should be asked at registration. Easier to help people if you don't have to guess the area.

I think we had a map one time??? Or was that another forum??? There was an older map and then something within the last year or so. I'm on both, but I can't remember how to get to either. I listed mine right over by my name on the left. Found it: Zeemap

Did not know this map existed. Maybe Tommy could make it a Sticky post so more will add to it. Would be great when one was going on a trip.

Great to see Africa coming to the table. Wile so much material comes from the continent, we only have a couple of members from S.A.. So hope you can become a regular contributor to get a better understanding of the situation on the ground. Some pictures of your treasures would be highly welcome. Even pictures of your country or rock-related trips...... Thanks in advance,... Kurt

Hoping to get more people from other parts of the world. Maybe we can find a guy from China huh Kurt.. grin.. Had several Chinese booths set up. Bought some colored fluoride and some other stuff from one man. Was tight at first but after a while he became more relaxed in a strange world. Says he'll also be at Tucson and the upcoming huge China show.
