Cool agates in the first two pictures! Can't help too much with ID there, but the 3rd one, looks like rhodonite rather than rhodochrosite, since it has the black manganese oxide veins typical of rhodonite.
If you plan to cut the rhodonite, try to consider where the fractures are located so that you don't wind up with a last minute heartbreak. Also, the black manganese will make a rich black pigment that can get pretty messy with grinding ;-).
*hehe, gmitch067 beat me to it, but still be careful if cutting/carving ๐

The last kind of looks like what I bought from Stone Age Industries... Rhodonite, Crafton Hills I will have to post a better picture of it So pink!! My dad has had these for 8 years and who knows how long the guy had them before he passed. So it is safe to say it is pretty old stock. I will have to get his name from my dad. I know he was from Brainerd, MN and from what my dad said he was pretty active in the lapidary community.

The pink one is almost certainly Rhodonite. Number one looks very much like part of an Australian Agate Creek Agate nodule, not a T'egg. I sliced a similar one recently. Your some sort of Jasper looks too glassy to be Jasper, it could be some sort of common Opal/Opalite.

Was gonna guess graphite for the 'silver/charcoal' messy stuff, since it looks so crumbly/soft. Hardness test would answer, or streak test.
The potential limb cast looks like an agatized coral to me, possibly from Florida or Georgia. Bit my tongue at first, but after seeing the texture on the back, looks like coral. But then again, I've got about 0 experience with limb casts. If it is coral, it's a beauty. You might check out the hardness of the white material, since white opalized lining is pretty typical in FL/GA coral.

Cool! Def looks coral, you can see those star-shaped polyp remnants, great piece in my book because the agatized bands are so well defined ๐.

Another picture of this stuff Google goethite and look at the images. Goes hand in hand with the iron range. Was reading about Goethite and it is the same chemical make up as Limonite, one has no form and the other crystaline. You would think it would be the same color as each other, it is one of the oldest pigments known and seems to be all over the world.

They are so shiney and I can understand why they were used as pigment. I won't be handling them much as they leave a very fine black powder on everything.

That rhodonite is really nice. It's another one of those old timey, dime a dozen rocks which are getting harder to get - the better stuff like yours with the nice webbing.
