jasoninsd , I'll comment occasionally on the pretties, but I'm not much of a Rah! Rah! cheerleader type. Single items, like cabs and pendants, have to be pretty special for me to break out the compliments. It's just me. I'll usually just like a post, but if I don't reply with a comment, don't take that to mean that it's not totally awesome! Sifting through so many posts sometimes takes a long time. Jean, I hope you didn't take that as I was saying "everyone" should be putting "rah rah" comments. I really was meaning me. I spent the good portion of my life not being happy and not being grateful. So...I make a conscious choice to try and make a "positive" impact in people's lives...if I can..by thanking them for what they do. Since I HATE going into town, my social interaction is on here. (I know...I'm a "social butterfly"! LOL) So...people on the forum have to put up with my attempts at being positive! LOL |

No, jasoninsd, not at all. I was only saying "I" am not a cheerleader, not telling anyone they should be or shouldn't be one. I do understand about you not always being happy, and that you make a conscious effort DAILY to positively impact people's lives. I commend you for that, it is something that we should all strive to do! You do bring warmth, good feelings and cheer to this site. You are fulfilling your goal. As I've said previously, we are glad to have you here. Please do continue with the positivity! FWIW, some people might consider us hermits. We don't go out to eat, movies, concerts, nothing like that. I leave home to go grocery shopping, and take Bob to doctor appts, one of which he has tomorrow. Simple thing, just a trip to imaging for a CTA SCAN. Oh, and I go to my Dad's once a week. My interactions are short ones with strangers in grocery stores, at Bob's doctor's offices, and my family. Not much of a social butterfly myself! That's why I spend so much time here, with my other family! |

1,500 - 2,000 cabs! Holy crap LOL! I counted mine up the other day and it turns out that I’m working on number 100 right now, major milestone lol! Congratulations on the 10k mark, aren’t many misunderstood rock experts in this world. Thanks Byron! Yeah...but your 100 outshine a LARGE percentage of mine!  (I would have guessed your number to be WAY higher than that!!) - Oh...and there's definitely no "expert" on anything on this end! LOL |

LOL I figure that making finished jewelry is my only real possibility to sell these things LOL Gotta get my butt in gear on the smithing side of things so that I can justify cutting more cabs! I've got SO many cabs that are just sitting in the wings...and I doubt I'll EVER get to working a tremendous amount of them! I've got to switch gears and start wire-wrapping here VERY soon! Of course...it'll all be a moot endeavor if I never get things listed on Etsy! LOL I love the fact you're going the smithing direction! Your cabs really do deserve the best settings! LOL!
