Beautiful, Jason! I thought I liked the first one best, but I love that round, too. I don't know why, but I often choose a round shape for plumes.

Wow, talk about beautiful. Almost makes me sorry I didn't buy any Basanite yesterday when I ran out of money buying some rocks from a guy in a warehouse in Phoenix. He had buckets of it and I'd never used it so didn't buy any. I don't even know the prices on that material but I've heard it's rare, not sure if that's the truth though. I can try to get a price from the guy if anyone is interested just send me a pm.

I wasn't sure how that last one was going to turn out. The plumes in that one were SO dense, I wasn't sure if the black backing was going to come through or not. I'm glad I went with it though! Jason, #2 is my favorite, however, all are excellent cabs. Thanks Victor! When I cut the slabs, I wasn't slabbing them to do doublets, just regular cabs. So...the preform on the first two were around 1/4". When I was getting them prepped, I was trying to figure out if they were going to look good after grinding them down 3/16"!
