I had those a few years back. Can't say I ever heard them sing though. They were the residents of the first bird house my oldest Son and I built together (was vacant for a couple of years before they moved in)

One of natures little jewels. She was lucky to get to sit on the feeder for awhile, the male is quite territorial and chases them all away.

Okay - not a bird. A reptile. But not a snake! Found this little guy munching on mulberries in my yard today. Stayed long enough to clean up a small section and them moved on.

Well the fauna IS always nice to see but the flora is also very beautiful this time of year. Foxglove is in full bloom here right now! Here's an artsy one of a fiddlehead.

Oh that foxglove is beautiful, is that a perenial or something you have to replant every year? I like the artsy one too, great pics.
