Hey All, sorry for the neglect....
I was hit by roadside bomb, a while ago and my laptop was also destroyed, so no computer. I am doing fine still here in country and back on patrols/missions. My left arm was messed up a bit as well as a few other areas, all in all not to bad. It will take more than a misplaced bomb to take me out....hahaha. I am do to leave though in roughly 8-10 days and head back home (god willing) thank you all so verymuch for the advice, boxes, treats, 33b, and so many other things you have given me, the best thing is all of your friendships. I will be back on as soon as I can....

All the best to you guys and gals out there. You're the second guy I know wounded in the last two months. Next time duck behind the tumbler! (just kidding). Chin up. Take a knee...embrace the suck! (or whatever phrase more appropriately applies). Be careful and come home soon and safe.

Roland: Watching all the news on TV, I've wondered how you were doing. Sorry to hear you were wounded but glad to hear you're OK and not far from heading home! You and all the other fine soldiers over there are heroes in my book. Rest assured, despite the crap the vote pandering politicos are spouting prior to an election year, there are many of your fellow citizens who support your efforts and sacrifices. Stay well and return home safe.....Mel

Have a quick recovery, also a quick and safe return home, and don't forget to bring some rocks from that part of world.
