You know Sands, I think she'll like it but if you're worried, cut the price a little and "give her a deal" cause she's a return customer.

Whats not to like. Keep your original price - she'll love the wrap.

tweet thats why i like the wire doc showed me he said use half hard and get 20 and 22 gage this way when ya bend the wire or pullit out to hold the stone in it dont get loose it stays tight and holds the stone in place since its so stiff ---- im thinkin if ya use soft wire or over 22 gage it will let the bends be weak and the stone can get loose in the setting and fall out ---just a thought i never used any other gage or a softer wire so im just guessing ---but it makes sence

I'm the same way sands...the more I look at something I make the less I like it. It's because we know what we could have done better or differently. But you know what? She won't know. She'll think it's planned....all planned. and to top it off, she'll think it's lovely, because it is. Keep your price. It's a nice piece.

Hey John - Nice wrap. If she doesn't like it send it to me!
Question - You call the stone Dumerite...It looks like the same stuff I buy at a rock shop in Smithville, TX. but they call it Dumortreite...the young lady who's been running the place for 15 years is quick to correct me if I call it anything else....is it the same or different?

Cher- Not sure where it comes from originally...I'll ask next time I go to the rock shop. I have some good size chunks to tumble and would gladly send you some if you like...just PM me if you're interested...

I do quite a bit of wrapping, but mine tends to be more tailored. Like that one tho. The dumortierite we get here in S. AZ tends to be a darker blue (can go to almost black) & quite soft, but works up beautifully. Have lots of it around here for the pickin'.
Did she like the pendant?
