Hi Mel:
Daniel alerted me to your contest - and your pic shows what appears to be nice lap material. I hope this is how to submit a guess for the contest.
My guess is 25 pounds and 13 ounces.
Cheers, Bob

Ok folks we have a winner! This jasper does weigh heavy so you folks on the high side had the right idea.
Wt: 22# 7 oz
Yeahda1 (Dick Bayer)had the best guess from his first try and stuck with it at 22# 4 oz, 3 0z off. Rockds had just passed him at one point at 22# 5 oz. but moved on with more guesses and got further away and Desert Dweller ( Jamie) almost got to it towards the end with her guess of 22# 11 oz which was only 4 oz over. It was a very close race! Congratulations Dick. If you'll drop me a PM with your address info. I'll pack up your rocks and mail them next week.
Thanks for playing everyone! It was fun!....mel
