Beautiful! Wish I had your skills!
What's the hose for in the back right corner? Sucking out mist?

Very well built. Kuddo's.
I like your rail system much better then mine. I used round shaft with nylon bushings in a block. When it gets dried dirt on it, they will stick. I have to clean my rods each time.

Thanks for all the kind complements, building this stuff has been a labor of love. Mike, yeah it took longer than a weekend to build, most of the time was waiting for ordered parts. When I first started building, I was going for a 20" saw and I made everything accordingly. but when I started pricing 20" blades I decided a 16" blade would do for now. So I've got a 20" saw with 16" blade. Chuck, that hose leads to a little demister (I don't know if that's a real word) that I made out of a plastic bucket filled with fiberglass furnace filters with small fan on top. I've got a pic here somewhere, I'll post it when I find it. Thanks.. Bob

Dr Joe, I've been doing the tumbling bit about a year, very slowly at first, then later on got in the building mode, now I've got most of the equipment I need, I may go into making cabs now.

Bob, where'd you find that white swiss-cheese-like material for a slab-catch-tray? I've been trying to find something similar for my big saw.

Nice job. The demister is the same as the unit installed on the CNC lathes I used to run.

Dean, I had a small piece of the perforated plastic left over from a job I did for a guy. I've seen it for sale at plastic companies but I don't know how small a piece they'll sale. It's pretty expensive stuff, like all sheet plastic products.....Bob

I don't own this website, nor its content. I do find your use of this websites content quite distasteful. You had zero input to the production of this content, it's hosting or publication, but you have zero issue taking it and using it to your own benefit. Spammy. Yes,you mention in text the source of the content, but you offer not even a link in return for the value it gives you. Shame on you. Tommy does own this content.

I'm pretty sure that Proboards owns the content here, and would think that anything from here and reposted elsewhere would lead interested folks here. Maybe posting it elsewhere isn't proper internet etiquette, I don't know ...

It has come to my attention that you have done similar misdeed to nearly 2700 websites.
This is a community and those other sites are too. What you did, is blatantly steal content from myriad people and website owners to use it for your benefit.
Whomever you are, today, you are a thief.
At very minimum you must begin linking back to the source materials and also directly to the profiles of the folks whose time, sweat and ingenuity you stole.
Our community owner may way compensation as well. Time will tell.

Shotgunner, Hey wipe that foam off your mouth. The citations are apparently there. They all lead back to this site. They are helping people find info that is already open to the public, and no feeling should have been hurt in the posting of the information on homemadetools.net I like the dispersal of information to a wider audience and we will undoubtedly benefit from info flowing back. Just my opinion.
