All of the butterflies have been received The wrappers are: Bikerrandy --- wrapped/sent/received Chrisperez --- wrapped/sent/received Deedolce-------wrapped/sent/received Tigger-----------wrapped/sent/received Akansan--------wrapped/sent/received wickedWyre----wrapped/sent/received RockHobbit-----wrapped/sent/received Sitnwrap--------wrapped/sent/received Rockmanken--- wrapped/sent/received
Since many love seeing creations in progress, I thought that who ever would like to share pics of their creation at various stages, might like to place them in one thread. Each wrapper can reply and then just keep modifying the reply to add more pics if they wish.
Thanks again Steve. Without the beautiful butterflies this fun project would not have come about. .
Thank you everyone for participating and above all, have fun!
Lori

I figure I'll show my butterflies beginning. Just fooling around with scrapwire to fuel the creative tank. Now I have a plan

I found mine in my mail box waiting for me when I pulled in last night. I haven't had a chance to see which one it is, as I'm dealing with a hot water heater that decided it didn't want to hold water while I was away. As soon as the plumber calls me back (grrrrr.... ), I'll be able to concentrate on other things.

I finally have a good idea of what I'm going to do, now I can't decide what to use.... The copper screams look at me, and could detract attention away from the stones ( not likely, they are just so cool ) ; whereas the silver just kind of highlights the stone , at least in my opinion.... then again, I'm going to cover as little as possible, soooooo.... I'm leaning towards the copper.... what do you think?

I think the copper also brings out the color of the stone, and doesn't detract. It will look great with those wings.

I agree. The copper seems to really accentuate the colors in the stone. I think it is going to look great! Fran

Looks like everyone so far is leaning the same way. The copper looks great on the wings.

Well, did ya start? lol ....... This has been a challenge, but I'm almost finished with mine. I've been working on it for an hour each night, three nights so far. I'm thinking that I have one more hour left but it's turning out better than I expected.

Randy, did you take pics of your process would love to see them if you did. I'm just about done with mine also. but I'm at the point where it can be a table top ornament cause it has legs or snip the legs and make a pendant.
