Thanks for all the good wishes, everyone! We mulched today and will finish mulching tomorrow. Lots of good guesses!
I hounded along the Brandywine River today and added a few thing to the prize. Anyone who hasn't guessed yet is welcome to make a guess!

Okay, it's official. House is on the market. Online listing goes live tomorrow and a virtual tour will be up later in the week. This is scary.. oh well, to the more important stuff...

Okay Folks! All the guesses are in and we are listed live! No more guesses or changes to guesses. Now comes the wait to see what happens. Thanks for your guesses and all your good wishes. Really means alot.
I'll keep you posted on what happens next.
BTW, if anyone wonders how Bejewelme, BikerRandy and Randysgal can possibly have any more PA rocks, they told me that if they win, they may pass them on to someone else... in true RTH spirit!

Just a quick update: I have an FRB packed and waiting...  We've had about a dozen showings and an open house and then things quieted down. Had a showing last week and the potential buyers reported mild interest. Things are due to pick up after Memorial Day when the end of school activities calm down and families begin looking to settle before the new school year. We're sitting tight. Jo |

LOL, Thanks! So far, we had two showings last week and no action this weekend. We're having another broker's open this Tues and will be cleaning fools on Monday. Two parties have expressed interest, but nothing yet. Good luck! Hope it happens for the both of us. |
