Update: ALL GUESSING AND GUESS CHANGES ARE NOW CLOSED AND THE WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS HAS BEGUN... (this could be the longest contest in RTH history)
Thanks to everyone who made their guesses, and the date has passed... I may open the guessing up again, but I'm going to think of a good way to do it, meanwhile... the wait continues...

Hi Friends!
As I've been chattering about (lamenting?), our house goes on the market on Monday, March 23rd. We will be traveling around the country in a 5th wheel for a year- the Angie Show is going on the road! I've been working on the agonizing task of organizing and consolidating my rocks to fit in the RV. I'm sending out a few boxes of my local PA stuff to friends, but have a box left over.
What I want to do is put this large FRB up for grabs to the member who guesses the date of the Agreement of Sale (AOS) that we sign and accept. We're shooting for a target settlement at the end of June or July. But what everyone is guessing on is what our accepted agreement is dated, either in the first lines "This agreement, dated______", or the date next to the potential buyer's signature.
With the market the way it is, who knows how long it could take, LOL. But, the winner will be whoever guesses the date on the nose, or whoever is closest. If more than one person is equally as close, then I'll be sending out two FRB's. One date per person, if you want to change it, then please change your guess in your original post.
I should put a time limit on this, so the guessing will be open until Monday, March 23rd at Midnight, EST.
Wanna know what the winner will be getting?
Blue Hill Quartz/Chalcedony that Bejewelme has been cabbing.
Some local Serpentine slabs.
Some locally collected Blue Quartz.
Some Smoky quartz.
Some local Chert slabs- blue and pink
Some Quartzy/Serpentine heels and chunks
Some Peristerite- Garnetty, Moonstoney, Quartzy Conglomerations
Other cool local stuff (can't remember right now).
Of course, some of my local Citrine and Green Moonstone.
And... A cab from my local stuff wrapped Randy Style! (I'll post a pic as soon as I wrap it)
My camera is packed away right now, but here are some previously taken pics representing the stuff that's up for grabs. Most of this will be in rough form, in slabette cutting or tumble size, and some slabs and heels.

For me, this is a nice way to celebrate and honor my time living here (lived in PA all my life), and a great way to share a sampling of my finds with a friend (or two) on the board.
