Sheri, I might go on Friday if I can find a place to crash for a few nights but depends on lots of things. It might work for me to go for the day Friday then go again on Saturday but will have to see what happens. We'll talk before then.
For sure looking forward to meeting as many RTH'ers as possible. Safe travels to those who are not yet in Quartzsite.

We can bring whatever needs to be brought. We can talk with everybody once we get there on Friday to see what's needed. Our flight is in 7 hours, if the weather doesn't delay it, so we will be seeing you guys soon.

Hope your flight isn't delayed Tony. Sounds like you guys are getting slammed in the East this year. Wonder if you will have another blizzard while you're here so you have to stay longer ;-)

Sheri, did anyone volunteer to bring plasticware yet? If not, we can bring some. Should be getting into Q tomorrow and have a spot for one night. Gonna try to wrangle a full hookup spot when we get there.

Well it was a great RTH day at Quartzsite. This is just a quick summary. We met at O'8 early this morning, with bright eyes and bushy tails.  And went about 10 miles east to Brenda to hunt for jasper and agate.  And found some.  Then we had a great time at the RTH at Stonesthatrock and Idaho Rock Shop at Desert Gardens.  I took lots more pics and will put something together to share the day with everyone here. Thanks to all who were part of this great day! Jo |

Wow, now I got a better picture! Thank you again Jo! You made me feel like being there ... I can almost smell that big fire. Jasper is as least as playful as I knew him. Great time is an understatement! And Ralph's birthday was the chery on the cake. Was that a surprise cake? It looks like that. Adrian |

Thank you Jo for putting that together. A special thank you to Chris for cooking the meat and baking the cake! Had a great time as always and can't wait for our next get-together!! Can't find better friends than rockhounds! It doesn't matter what walk of life you come from, when we are together.............its all about friendship and rocks!
