In the pic just before the scale, the dops in the wooden block are for the facetor, The steel wheel thing with the black handle is for charging a tin lap with grit for faceting. The gears are index gears for the facetor, and the aluminum blocks sitting with them are special faceting heads.
In the pic just above the one with the belts and expando, at bottom right is what appears to be a transfer jig, use to transfer a faceted stone from one dop to another while keeping it in proper alignment. Bottom center of that pic appears to be part of a pre-former. Possibly for pre-forming faceting rough.
The little grinder with the hood with big holes in the back is actually a jewelers lathe. It's used for carving and buffing jewelry. There should be a foot pedal speed control with it. In the pic with the transfer jig, just to the left of that dial indicator is a brand new piece that fits on the jewelers lathe. It will either be marked left or right. That's the end of the lathe it will fit on. Various buffing wheels and brushes will screw onto the tapered end. There may be another one of those pieces for the opposite end, or you may find a small chuck with shaft adapter to hold grinding and cutting burrs.
Can't clearly see everything in your pics, or I'd take a stab at IDing some of the others.
Overall, a great score. Love the balance beam scale set.

Wow, awesome! Congrats, that is a stellar haul.
I can't say for sure but the purple could be charoit from Russia. If it isn't there is the possibility it is a conglomerate withi sugilite in it, which is worth a lot. Charoit is also pricey.
Can you cut a slab off the purple one to see any patterning more clearly?

Pic with all the dops two glass jars to fire a wick and melt wax to glue stone to dop, bottom right looks like 45 deg. jig that will go on faceting machine to facet table. Looks light home made faceting machine lap holder with motor but arm to hold dop so it will go up and down and also turn 360 deg. looks good but will have to be set perfect to lap. The extra index plates, turn 360 deg.) will let you set up different gem designs.
