Cool never seen that. I raised two orphan Australian sheperd pups when there mom died at 4 days old. What a job! Constantly feeding n wiping butts with a warm wet sponge to stimulate a bowel movement. At about 3 weeks I called them the crispy critter sisters, you couldna keep them clean! LOL They made it tho, expensive esbilac habit! I used a puppy heat mat in a plastic tote. Nice pups, maybe a pic of the adults?

Oh yes I go to the Hogg mine and dig with Chris Painter the owner for rose and maybe one day I luck up n get some aquamarine. Last time I was there in November a lady found a big boulder, about 18 inches across with a huge 3 inch aquamarine sticking out of it and all kinds of smaller ones. They were hammering on it and breaking it up, all kinds of pieces of aquamarine as blue as a pepsi can on the ground! They were trying to get it light enough to carry. I got Chris n Don to help them get it outa the pit with no more hammering! Dont you go there?

On the subject of the Hogg mine orrum,i live close to it.Used to go there years ago when it was a ruin and dump area.Collected that asterated rose quartz.Man is that stuff everywhere in facet grade. The roads were paved in it.There used to be a barbecue pit made out of aquamarine crystals, low graders ave. 40-60 pounds a piece. The rose quartz is so easy to make into tumble the way that a 100 pound chunk breaks into 1-2 inch fracture free cubes w/one hit of the sledge. The public paved road cut on the west side of the mine cuts right thru the rose quartz too.And and naked ground around there is with quartz crystals.I need to go get another load of rose quartz. When is the last time you went there.Next time you go call me and lets leave from here.

Hey JamesP I had major surgery to my foot and it will be 3-6 months on crutches with no driving but we will go when I am healed. Was there a couple months ago. Its cleaned up now n still lots of rose quartz there but to get good facet you gotta sledge hammer boulders or else catch it when Chris has had a machine in thrre plowing n busting it up. The owner Chris will let me go without it being a open dig so we need to go after a bunch of rains and he hasnt had a open dig that way we can walk around and pick up stuff easy plus bust some boulders. I will get with you and we can make it happen. Just give me some time to heal. Rose quartz boulders the size of buses!

OMG! They're ADORABLE!!! Your adults are gorgeous too:). Years ago, the people who I bought my old property from had a ridgeback. That's the only one I'd ever seen. Very neat dogs!!

Your puppy pic reminds me of a litter of cats I found in my brothers garage. They were in a 5 gallon bucket that had potting soil filled halfway up, all huddled up like your puppies are in the picture. Couldnt believe it. It was like 120 degrees in the garage. I dont know how they made it. Ended up finding homes for all of them. Tiny little suckers when I found them.
Also when I was 'the cable guy' 10 or so years ago I was working in the outskirts of St Louis and the homeowners had a labrador dog that at the time had the record for most lab dog puppies in one litter. I cant remember the number now. Didnt see the puppies but did see momma dog. It was on the news and the owners had volunteers coming over at all hours to feed the dogs. I actually remembered the story on the local news.
