No interest in fame, just money
gingerkid. Will stay humble on this end. Money may puff me up, easy money it is not.
I've got 15 years hard labor in that bamboo. Back wages run way back. It is all established and settled by now.
Got a bulldozer coming to kill some varieties of bamboo that performed poorly.
And to clear the woods to allow the good stuff to expand.
I watched big bamboo farms supply poor varieties to big operations like Six Flags Over Georgia.
They did not buy from me, so they can deal with the failures. Started with over 30 types, down to a dozen now.
School of hard knocks, getting rid of groves is not for couch potatoes.
Looks like I will do a 'bamboo farm for hire'. To the film and photographic industry.
Presently they go to N/S California, Hawaii and China for bamboo film shoots. My bamboo is mostly Chinese varieties. From medium altitude locations.
They are putting up film studios by the minute around here. Should be plenty of business.
