BIG boys coming out to scout property for winter film today. They need green back drop for winter shoot(bamboo) and it needs to be bamboo. Film is to mimic jungle of Venezuela.
They are checking out areas to park trucks and asking about renting in-law suite. Bring it on.
Yet another bunch next week. Two others expressing interest. No way.
Had to email final contract minutes ago because hard copy is tied up in mail.
Kinda freaked out. Surprised at activity level.

Or a director's chair and a megaphone. You could attempt to direct your wife around the yard. I'll bet that would be interesting.

Don't forget to ask for lunch wagon privileges James. They used our building ( old FBI building) at the old Camarillo AFB as a film site one time and some of us got to go eat at their lunch set up. Them folks eat real good. Don't miss it....Mel

That is too cool! I've heard some pay well and some only want to give film credits. Word will spread in the film circles about your jungle setting, so hoping good things for you in the future
Our only claim to fame is one of our Pug puppies went to an actress/Ballerina in Hollywood

This heavy hitter and his two assistants got a rough ride around the farm in the farm vehicle. They were looking for a larger open space with an evergreen background, not bamboo, just a green backdrop for a this winter shoot. Simulating Venezuela. Space for landing helicopters, go figure. Talk about some credentials, Toby Corbett www.imdb.com/name/nm0179203/

Great news James! I am so happy for you. And with your character and charisma and good looks, I wouldn't be surprised to see you in one of the movies!
Hey everybody, what would be the best role for James in a movie? How about a mad scientist welding up crazy inventions to carry mutant plants to Mars? And of course you would ride a motorcycle.
Keep us informed. {just kidding about the looks, we all love ya}

So James, I can hardly wait to see you in Jodhpurs and such. Seriously though, congrats! Couldn't happen to a nicer feller. I would be somewhat surprised if you are not offered face time in a film.

Hey Radio I have a Pug, Sadie Mae Monster!!! Love a Pug? You better love hair, everywhere, all the time, year round!!! LOL. She is fawn. I hear the blacks don't shed as bad? Do you still raise pups? We have a total of 7 Pugs. 4 were ours and the sis in law moved in with three of her own. No more puppies. Our Black female was bred for two litters, then spayed. Our Vet suggested we let her have at least one litter before getting her fixed as he feels spaying females before being bred leads to obesity and a shorter lifespan Yes, Pugs do shed.....a LOT! some have single coats and some have double which is a whole lot worse for shedding

Hey Radio spaying dogs early, especially small breeds also causes urine leaking problems.

Hey James John Wayne was quoted as saying Jon Ford was the bravest man he ever met! The producer wore a white suit to the job every dsy!
