I worked in many structures that had holes in the roof. Early on I was intrigued how sunlight coming through SQUARE holes ended up on the floor as round circles. My analytical mind came up with "those photons must spiral around, converting square to circle." That remained my "true" answer until I saw shadows of my willow tree cast on the side of my home during a sun eclipse. I finally realized all that time I had been seeing images of the sun cast through large "pin holes."

It works! Roger Callahan wanted me to pay him $50,000 to learn how to do it. Gary Craig offers it for free. Good Guy!

My fishin buddy the Dentist is leaving for Australia next Wednesday, I will see if he can sneak a few back in his luggage ! He doesn't like emptying traps any more than I do. He only works 4 days a week and gets there a day before I do. He gets to carry out the bodys that have been in the traps for the last 4 days.
PHEW !!!!

Not one shred of technique, just benefits and other marketing related stuff. I overcame scuba related claustraphobia buy conditioning gradually. Did the same with a gentlemans fear of snakes, in 30 minutes.... Is his technique a form of hypnosis/conditioning? Or is this the wrist tapping method. I call that reminder method, because the tapping on th wrist reminds they doer to forget his fears. Works great on ones self, when they remember to do it.

He has considerably shortened things since my day. Say as a child you see a spider. It jumps and you IMAGINE it jumping on you. Over time the sequence - the act, the memory, the imagination, the response - collapse to a habit. All EFT is is inserting a wide variety of wedges nto the phobia response to give the mind the opportunity to come up with a NEW RESPONSE. I originally learned a consecutive sequence to insert many wedges as it is difficult for the mind to hold conflicting information at the same time. I was teaching a class and one of the students screamed, jumped up and ran out of the class. I went out and found her. A spider had dropped down from the ceiling right in front of her. I did a version of the above and that evening she watched a spider in her garden building a web in her garden. The life long phobia was gone.

I don't have a phobia of spiders. I have some in my house and let them live. Especially the jumping spiders. Most I don't have a problem with. But, the nastier they get the more I don't like them, just for sheer nastiness. And, you know, everything in Australia is venomous, so I have an even greater dislike for a giant Australian spider which eats mice. Fugetaboutit. I call that healthy, not a phobia.
I went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore and did a behind the scenes tour. I had the opportunity to hold a giant millipede. Talk about disgusting. I didn't think I could do it, but I did. I thought I had a phobia against them, but apparently, I just didn't like them, because letting one crawl in my hand was pretty easy (and disgusting).

Common sense response when seeing advancing Lions, Tigers, and bears! And you don't have to be phobic to find roaches disgusting.

My BIL took violin lessons for a long time. He pretty much got no where with it. It's a very difficult instrument to play.
