Randy, I figured they must have locations here in the states, or they wouldn't be sending advertisements for them to my door, lol. One would think.
Probably have lots of retailers selling them. Maybe a lot of them even used by the movie industry, making storms and such, ya know?
ETA - DOH! Don't know how I managed to pull up their OZ website first. Just lucky, I guess.
A little searching tells me they were founded in 1999, headquartered in the good ol' USA. How 'bout that? Learned something today!
I think the big overhead ceiling fans Costco has in some locations are Big Ass Fans. |

No surprise that place has US distributor. They sure nuff advertise here a lot.
Yea, ceiling fans is where I have seen them. BIG ceiling fans, like 50 feet in diameter.

Suffered damage to my manhood today. The 6000 RPM wire brush let go of it's wires and sent them into my Carthardt pants. Felt it. Abusive day. No sex for at least an hour. Wire brush wheels constantly sending those wires. They can stick a 1/2 inch into thine flesh.  Regardless, bottom floor is in. Lots of clamps in the welding biz.  |

Abusive day. No sex for at least an hour. I think you should run that by the wife unit. She could probably use a good laugh. Thinkin' that the response you will get is something along the lines of "Let me get back to ya on that!" As she exits the room mumbling something about next year under her breath. |

Those are used wire wheels Jean. I get them for $20/5 gallon bucket. About $200 worth. Many are damaged or rusty and sling wires. Max depth is 1/2 to 5/8 inch on inside of forearm. Usually 1/4 inch. To darn hot to wear leather. I always run them looking down on the wheel. Never looking at side. I used two today removing rust for galvanize prep. Yea rockpickerforever . Thinking like a hotdog. Man I can't wait to have that thing dipped in galvanize. It will shine. show off my rusty fire pits. I want to do street selling with it. Like rent a corner from a high traffic land owner say fall/spring when season is good for pits. Rusty?? Patina is what is what it says in the brochure.. and of course you will need to run gas into a firepit... Who but James wants the excitement of running gas into a fire anything?? Because I'm rich, I want your product to meet my ecpectations and I say so .. hehehehhehehe

Too bad JAmes already used his rickety trailer but you can use my rickety trailer to haul the fans or purchase said rickety trailer cheap.. and we all know that you are cheap.. You stole half of the San Diego rocks for a nickel 95 and your hubby took the mechanical stuff for a quarter and 3 aluminum cans. hehhehe

Cost to galvanize is: 1200 pounds is $732. Like $55/100 lb wt., so $660 plus Atlanta tax. If welding up a rock saw galvanize might make sense to Rickety trailer. Use it 4 years for steel and carry it to the re-melter coloradocliff. Rough life. |

Had some drizzle here Tuesday morning, but don't expect any for a while. Looks like the ground will be dry for the next prospecting field trip next weekend to a club claim north of Joshua Tree. Use the dry washer. Wondering if we need to be concerned with Valley Fever up there? A friend of mine had it several years ago, caught it again at Thanksgiving out at Potholes!!

Getting rid of trees, limbs and bamboo overhanging in the long driveway. So the movie crews can get their box trucks in. The location scout wants to spend half a day out here tomorrow stomping around on the property tomorrow. He has some crazy guns he wants to shoot too. He wants to see the inventory. Lots of stashed spots to use for filming on this place. It will take a while to show him around. I get the idea that he alone could keep me hopping with film shoots down here. He is already asking for a ~one acre field with certain vegetation around it and some dark understory forest spots. Hook up with a location scout and see what you have to offer. All kinds of settings appeal to them. Been pulling those wire out of my meat(literally) for years. Mostly on the thighs and knuckles. Found one a while back that went under the skin and festered. Could not figure out what it was. In-grown SS wire hair lol. |

Humidity monster here. Need a knife to cut your way thru it. abuse the tools, part of life around here. Hey, if you can make bunches of $ with them then so be it. Bet you got the busiest day of the year tomorrow. Been hauling truck full of plants to you guys all week. |
