Hello all, I recently moved and need to do some down-sizing. I am considering selling some boxes of mixed rocks (either Heisenberg boxes -- it is uncertain what will be in there or Schroedinger boxes -- you won't know what is in he box until you open it). To make this a genuine Schroedinger offer (remember no one knows if the cat is dead or alive?) maybe some boxes should be completely empty and the buyer has to gamble with the Uncertainty Principle. Just kidding of course but it seems logical to me.

Hi! I'd be interested in a medium box. Tumbler only here, no saw, just a hammer and chisel . I'm patient, whenever you open up round #2, works for me. Thanks!

Hi all,
My apologies for the delay for anyone who has paid me. We had a series of incidents at work this week that required me to work quite late every single day. I was unable to make it to the PO. The plan is to send them out Monday, when my wife returns with the car (not only are the rocks in the car, but taking LRFBs by bike is impractical. Again, my apologies.

OK. I finally made it to the PO. Boxes have been sent. I'll send out tracking numbers to individuals later.
Definitely some lessons learned.
1. Boxes will ship on the Saturday after I receive payment. If this is up-front, I won't stress myself out trying to get to the PO during the week. 2. Don't put the boxes in the car. They are too heavy for my wife to handle, and if worst comes to worst, and she needs the car all day Saturday, I can do the homeless dude thing, and put the boxes in a milk crate, strap the crate to skate board, and pull it behind my bike. 3. Limit myself to no more than three or four MFRBs/LFRBs. 4. As mentioned earlier, I need to up the price a bit, since shipping is more expensive than I thought, etc. SFRBs: $25 MRFBs: $43 LFRBs: $60
That said. I have three in line: grumpybill, Win and accidental rockhound. If all three say they are OK with the $60 price, that will be it for this week. If any of them decline, I can open in back up.
It feels good to get them sent. And I think I have a system now. Steep learning curve on the first try. LOL.

Just kidding of course but it seems logical to me. That is evil, but true. That is why I've been leaning more toward calling them Heisenberg boxes. You know you are getting rocks, but it's uncertain. The metaphor isn't perfect, but it allows me to amuse myself.
