Those are gorgeous! Even so, I'm not letting you near my Chris Ries vase.

Great glass. Cannot wait until it warms up here and I can transform more of your glass.

I'm always amazed at what you do with the glass- each piece is a stand-alone work of art.

They really are works of art! Most were darn pretty before they fell a victim to the tumbler lookatthat, thanks.

Doubt seriously Chis Reis works will be found in the thrift stores @rocks2dust. He does amazing carvings out of huge chunks of glass. He has very unique methods and is celebrated on a high art level.

Holy mackerel, jamesp. Outstanding glass!

Wow James! What a wonderful array of colors. Wish I could find obsidian that looks like that!

Your glass pieces show a fantastic array of color and definitely would be easily wire wrapped or drilled for a simple hook. A group hung together like a clump of grapes might also be a knockout combination. Thanks again for the show.

Damn jamesp , those are fine! But, dude, your pictures are outstanding! So much color! I love it! I'm with Tela on this jamesp. Whatever you did, the photos are some of the nicest I've seen you put out. I seem to recall you toying with lighting and maybe even a new camera. Whatever you did, stick with it.

Damn jamesp, those are fine! But, dude, your pictures are outstanding! So much color! I love it! The camera is an iPad Tela. It is about 3 years old, the deluxe model with the large memory capacity and has a hot little camera built in. Compliment coming from the master; your photos always of a most professional grade thank you. It for some reason has great color performance but can be temperamental with different color backgrounds in artificial light. If one were to learn programming the white balance control I believe it would perform even better. The lighting is simply 2 desk lamps. The best color performance w/white background is obtained by taking macro close ups with the sum of the subjects taking up at least 50% of the field. Or use a darker background. It is the excessive white background that seems to wash color when using digital cameras(my experience)..
