Randy, am I seeing things, or is the red in this one actually moss?? It's coprolite. I feel there was a void, or at least a porous region that filled with red agate replacement that looks a bit mossy. There's even a spot of agate fortification that must have formed in an empty portion of the coprolite. I have a bucket full of cut specimens that have the mossy feature in them and most of them have green and lavender hues.

Randy, got the first batch of Turds from you rolling around the big tumbler this weekend. As things progress, I"ll show off the shinies from the hinies. I look forward to seeing them. They can be a challenge to tumble because of varying hardness, thus undercutting can be annoying. However I've seen some nice tumbles.
