In the works of figuring out how to get this big guy out of the ground. From what I exposed from left to right its roughly 3 feet in diameter. And from top to bottom, no clue how far it goes down. Will resume digging once ground thaws. Its solid. Got quite the ring when hit with the pick.

Heres a nice round of some junk opalized wood I found out at congelton hollow, in paulina. I have a spot out there where this material is all over a hillside.

Heres a nice round of some junk opalized wood I found out at congelton hollow, in paulina. I have a spot out there where this material is all over a hillside. That's some pretty junk

That's some pretty junk Maybe junk is a poor choice of words. More or less undesirable by certain standards. Wish I had more pics on me at the moment so I could show what a grade A++ piece looks like in comparison.

Here's a few rounds of pet wood in my friends rock shop. 2 slices of Stinking Water Oak, about 18" This one is from Myanmar, about 12" A Palm table top, about 24". Will have to go back and get a better photo without the reflections and get some measurements.

Will have to go back and get a better photo without the reflections and get some measurements. Real nice Stinking water! Where is your friends rock shop? Just wondering! To me, reflections serve to show how good the polish job is!
