rockjunquie - Beautiful cabs Tela! You really were able to work some amazing material today...and amazing you were able to get 13 done! That is definitely Teepee Canyon Agate...not Dryhead Agate.

Great selection. I bought a pound of Mook that I really liked from a seller in Australia. Shipping was more than the rock. I bought a 12 pound piece and then my large saw started to fall apart. I cut off some chunks and may hand feed the large piece into the saw to get smaller pieces so I can slab with my 10 inch. You are welcome to the small pieces that I already cut/hacked. I really like Mook but it isn't a good seller for me so I'm in no hurry to deal with it.
Steven, that you very much for the offer, but I'm trying to stick to slabs and even then I'm running out of room. No room for a saw, either.

Can’t wait for the wraps! I don't know which ones I'll wrap, but that mooka may be one for sure. It's big, but I have a long chain just right for it.

Nice work! I really would love to see that copper one in person.. blues look neat. Thanks! Yes, the brick is heavily loaded with copper. There are two kinds of firebrick- one with a dark matrix (brick) and this lighter one. I like them both.

I just hit the zone and when I was done and counted them, I was amazed! Didn't seem like I did that many.
Thanks for the ID, I often get them mixed up.

While I will readily admit I'm usually horrible at identifying material...that's the one material I'm 100% sure on...okay...maybe 98.73%. LOL

Wow! What an amazing way to get back into it!
My daughter was looking over my shoulder when I looked at these and every single one got an “Ooh, that one’s pretty!” I had to agree with her on all of them. I love the silver ore and all of the coppers.

Awesome cabs, as usual.
Just an FYI, but the white background hurt my eyes. I am gusssing most of the cabs appear washed out to me because of the background.

Excellent stones, Tela! You did so many I can't pick a favorite. I do bet that Calico Lace just shines.

Beautiful, Tela, every single one! I'm so glad you got back to work and shared, thanks for the show. And I'm thinking Teepee on that one, maybe Jason will chime in- I'm pretty sure that by now he's surpassed me in the amount that he's seen. Edit- Never mind, I just saw Jason's post!

Thanks to all of you and esp Jonathan holajonathan who reminded me that you just have to DO IT (like Nike says)...
All I did was tell you that if you didn't start cabbing fencejumper was planning on throwing you in some sort of lapidary dungeon. As for the cabs, lots of great colors in this group. The Stefoinite is amazing. I've never heard of it, but now I want some. Same for the lapis lace -- a very cool material. I have long tried to ID what you call Calico lace agate. I'd like to buy some cutting rough, but I've never seen rough for sale.

Tela rockjunquieNice job on all of them! I love the crazy lace with natural edge. You certainly made those slabs live up to their potential. Thanks for showing.

Stefoinite is a jasp agate and calico is straight up agate. All are worth picking up if you see it.
Paul dare not! I'll throw rocks at him. LOL!
