My hubby just comes down to the basement where I was getting ready to attack some rocks and says ... "Even on Sunday!" ;D ;D ;D We're having some serious freezing rain up here today. He had stepped outside to check our steps too see if they needed ice melt and found a box stuck in the corner. Randy thank you so much, what awesome rocks! And yes, you sure did make my day *smile* Thank you so much for sharing your bots with me. Do you know what those two yellowish pieces are below the pet wood, they look kind of like amber. What is that cool red/white one, man that's neat. It's all neat!! Thank you!! Cher

Your very welcome darlin, always happy to make someone's day! The big red and white rock is a "brown zebra agate", the big one next to that is a Montana agate, then the petwood, and (edit) Botswana. Everything else that's not Botswana is Brazilian agate. (I have a terrible memory but I think that was it. ;D lol

Brown? Looks more red to me *smile* either way, it's awesome. It's also extremely hard, makes the lakers look like pudding. Brazilian works for me too ;D I thought it was bots you got but doesn't matter, either way, they are gorgeous!! Thanks again ;D

You mis-understood me, lol...it is Botswana, the stuff that's not (like the amber colored ones) are Brazilian.

I can't believe you guys, the mail lady came with more boxes today. She just smiles ... Xena, this was so kind of you to do this when you haven't been feeling good yourself. Very nice rocks too, I love the lines and markings. Is the one on the right left flint? Can't wait to see what it looks like inside being it shows yellow on one side and red on the other. Thank you!! Tom (connrock) WOW! What a wonderful box, that Moctezuma Agate is stunning. You said it was self-cut, did you polish it too? The little square on the right is a pic of the little display case this agate is in. Too cool! You have to see how each different thing was wrapped up to appreciate this. Where do you get that thin strips of plastic wrap, that's a great way to keep id tags together with the rocks. Counter clockwise from the top left, first three are jaspers, followed by Missouri agate, Montana agate, Petrified palmwood (that stuff is really different), and a very cool chunk of Ohio flint. Thank you so very much Tom And Robert, the one who started this all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are so thoughful to think of doing this and what an awesome box of goodies. What is that big ol' green chunk on top? I'm guessing some kind of moss agate, it's a gorgeous color. What is the stuff on the left, that's just cool. And rose quartz, beautiful color. I don't know the other stuff either but it's way cool and will be fun fun fun to cut. Thank you all, words can't describe what your kindness has done for me. Cher

LOL, that's a good one.
Cher, the stuff on the left is leopardskin jasper, the top 2 are agates (sorry don't remember what kind) and the bottom is called 'king cobra' jasper and its from India (I've not seen any posted here and have yet to tumble any of my own so thought I send you a chunk. And as always...WE NEED PICS!!
