I had to go buy another box Kim. Kind of got the sniffles while I was downstairs looking at my boxes of future gems. I'm such a softy *smile* Haven't you ever done that, just take a nice chunk and hold it, try to imagine what it'll look like tumbled. It feels good, specially some of those jaspers, even in the rough they feel smooth.

Yeah, I do need to get cuttin', specially since I just found out that the big dark green chunk that Robert sent me is Swazi Bloodstone. I do need to take a break now and then though, my thumbs get sore. *smile*

Hey Tom, that was another funny one, laughed right out loud when i saw that.
Cher, i often find myself distracted by rocks on the way to do the laundry and end up just looking at them, turning them over, maybe give them a little lick to remind myself what they will look like polished. then i realize, oops, sort of look around and hope nobody caught me doing that and then i get back to the laundry....

Glad ya liked the "cartoons"!
I haven't been producing much in the way of rocks lately so I thought I'd try to produce some laughter!
Besides,,,,,,,,,Tissue stock pile is running a little low!!

Hahahahaha KD you have to go through my rocks to get to the washer, literally! When we need to run the washer, takes me a half hour to clear all the stuff off the top. Rocks are more fun than laundry anyway.

LOL- must be a rock thing- My shop is in the basement and when I go down to do laundry (yes my wife does have me trained very well!) I can't help but to sneak into the shop you know just to check on things!

Hey Stefan, my hubby's getting trained too, I think. Either that or he just gave up on me and figured he'd do his own laundry so it would get done quicker. I get lost every time I go to the basement so he always has to come down to check if the laundry even got started. Now when he says he wants the washer, I hurry to clean it off myself. I've lost things letting him do it.

I used to use the chest freezer (even had a tumbler running on it for awhile) then one night I heard an almight crash- seems the wife found a great way to clear it off- by sweeping her arm across it- Taught me real quick- as for the laundry- well Iwash and dry- she folds- works out pretty good- unless I get distracted in that stupid rock shop (nahh that could never happen)
