Thanks Perk!  Actually this was a freeform Perk...one of the VERY few that I've done! LOL - I felt it needed an inside swoop to remove some of the material "mass"...otherwise I thought it would've looked to "chunky". I haven't done too many myself either... I am not a big fan of chunky cabs either. You did a good job not making it look like one. My freeforms are "interesting" to say the least. I am NOT posting pictures lol. -Nicholas I try to stay away from freeforms because I don't want to scare the women amd children with how most of mine turn out! LOL (Attack of the Blob! LOL) |

Lots of them are pretty bad in all regards, not just the shapes. I'm pushing this out of my mind and going to eat breakfast now lol! I know you posted this this morning...but now bacon and eggs sounds really good right now! LOL Well done and great looking cab as always! Thanks Mark! I think I want to save this shape as a new "template"...although smaller if I can make it have the same "look" to it. |

Thanks Ashley! I was surprised at how much I was going to like that shape when I free-formed it. I'm going to recreate it a little smaller and make a template from it! |

Okay, so I'm going to post pictures, but I am going to start this with a big "Please Don't Judge" sign on top here is a group shot: Labeled top to bottom, Variegated Tiger's eye, sodalite (needs reworked), two olympic orbicular jaspers (self collected), labradorite, self collected emerald creek star garnet, and jade. Some of these I actually like, but others don't deserve to be in my case.
Tiger eye: Orbicular jasper: Jade: How's that for a thread hijack jasoninsd? I'm done now lol. I'm gonna go put the cabs away.

Interestingly, the person I did the wraps for, looked over all my wrapped pieces as well as my finished cabs. The Chalcedony was one of the first cabs she wanted me to wrap for her!!
