Sands, you know I like your cabs, but I really love the 3 sided (triangular) pieces. Did you put that one up for a NAME THE CAB contest while I was offline? I can't wait to see what you make out of Kim's rocks! Hurry up and get over there - S

I wasn't sure where to post this thread so I decided to put it here. Long story short, we've been very slow at work and my paychecks have been short for the last month or so. Add that to some accumulating medical bills and Christmas is looking pretty bleak. I even had to bow out of the RTH gift exchange. Came home from work the other day and there was an unexpected package in the mailbox. A package from Jeremy...I tore it open and discovered this whimsical wire-wrap inside. Man, I love seeing other people's wraps. The boytroidal stone has been cabbed naturally. Looks like it might be a West Texas plume agate. Very cool. Thanks Jeremy. I'm going to make a chain for it later today. I love it! :-*S Front Back

These are some cabs I wrapped for Jamie. The larger cab on the left is amazing, not sure what it is but the colors are just awesome. Love it. I'm working on the Bronzite now, J. :oS

I think the first piece is outstanding. I like the symmetry and the chunky beads you paired it with. I wish the roaming wire would get roaming again as I'm so looking forward to my very own Nancy wrap.

I'm really liking your hammered wirewraps, Adrian. The backs of these look good, as well.

Curt, that looks like some of the Round Mountain chalcedony.

I really like the quartzite piece, Adrian. Did you hammer the wire flat?

Thanks, guys.
Ronda, I'm a firm believer that the backs should look *almost* as good as the fronts.....

Funny you should mention that, Mel. I've been experimenting with Celtic wraps...

OOPS! Sorry, Tweet- Here are the backs. The criss cross cab is really tiny - about the size of a dime. That's why I decided to let the wire take center stage. I like the way it came out - may play around with that design a bit more in the future. Also, I really like the silver and gold together. ;)S
