Re: Your backsides -- You have very neat and tight backsides, Jason! That's why I'm not scared of Spandex!! LOL (*That is SO not true! I'd never wear Spandex...unless it's to Walmart...along with knee-high black socks and a white t-shirt! LOL)

Looks pretty good jasoninsd , but some of your backsides could definitely use a little more polish

No. No they couldn't Patty. I purposely choose NOT to polish the backsides as I prefer them to show what the stone looks like when it hasn't been worked. That way people can see what a tremendous difference there is when a stone is worked to it's fullest potential.

jasoninsdAwesome as always Jason! I have been patiently waiting to see some of your wraps! I really like the back not being done so you can see the difference and how it looked before. I also like seeing how you did the back, helps with ideas.

OTOH, the real reason I like to see the back sides of the wraps, is it helps me understand HOW a wrap was done & finished.
It's irritating that most wraps you see on the site or on the internet never disclose all.
Seriously, thank you for showing the backs of these.

I prefer to use the word "reason" why I don't... jasoninsd Awesome as always Jason! I have been patiently waiting to see some of your wraps! I really like the back not being done so you can see the difference and how it looked before. I also like seeing how you did the back, helps with ideas. Thanks Ashley! I've been wanting to get back to wrapping for awhile...but my finger (the one I cut this summer) reminds me it doesn't like to be touched there! I really like doing a weaved bail...and the weaving wire runs right over where it was cut. So, I either can't feel the wire on the upper part of my finger...or I DO feel it in the middle of the finger! LOL I think I've figured out...it's just gonna hurt...so I'll be doing more wraps here shortly. Plus, a new season of 90 Day Fiancé just started...I have to find SOMETHING to do! LOL OTOH, the real reason I like to see the back sides of the wraps, is it helps me understand HOW a wrap was done & finished.

When I first started wrapping, I had a hard time finding pictures of the backsides as well. That's why I thought I'd take the time to take the pictures and post them. Just to try and help some people out...

Thanks PS! When I first started wrapping the "odd" shaped cabs, I was wondering why the heck I made such ODD shaped cabs! LOL - However, by the time I got done with these, I was glad they weren't all teardrop shapes.

You are as good with wrapping and cabbing as you are with the ladies Jason. They even like your backside lol. I can't help you with that one but I am very excited about my cabs. Greatly appreciate your talented efforts. Looking forward to distributing to favorite cousins, niece and main squeeze. The main Mama loves the Rio.

Jason, incredible! There's not one among them that I wouldn't be proud to show off. There are two that were extra-special to me--the sort of triangular one and the one below it. The wire just seemed to flow with the cut and pattern you were working with. But in all of them you balanced the odd shapes well, they are creative without being too much so, and each allowed the cab to shine. Way to go! (still having trouble shaking that image of the white t-shirt and knee-high black socks).
