Omgosh, that’s very generous of you! How exciting! Thank you! Sending a PM. Great and you are very welcome. Again, please be patient with me. I seem to be feeling better, but I’m still having days that I can’t get out of bed. Seems like for every one day that I do things I am completely down for two days recovering, and I’m at the pool with the kid this afternoon so I don’t know how Ill feel the rest of the week. I have petrified wood, banded chert, Jasper and weird Texas jasp-agates that I’ll include also. Well you’ve made my week! And please don’t you fret about sending them. Take care of you first! This getting old crap isn’t for sissies, is it?! LOL

That’s what I thought. Not sure if you can cancel the order but even if you can’t…I have enough that I can happily send you some whole ones. Should be able to do a few smalls, couple mediums and a big one. Jason really took care of me when he sent me these. I already gave some to Dillon and I have enough to share a few more. Shoot me a message with your address. It’ll take me a week because I’m still moving slow post surgeries, but I’ll get them to you. I’ll include some local Texas finds as well, enough to fill a small or medium box. Omgosh, that’s very generous of you! How exciting! Thank you! Sending a PM. I sent a PM, but it’s not showing up in my messages. Did you receive it?

This getting old crap isn’t for sissies, is it?! LOL No it’s not. I’m 53 and beat the hell out of myself since I was 2, when I got my first tricycle, built a jump at the bottom of my driveway then launched, landed on my face, knocked my few teeth out and broke my nose and cut my face open. That was my first hospital visit. Since then I’ve been through 2 windshields, tons mountain bike wrecks (I raced for 20 years), concussions, 16 total surgeries including rebuilt shoulders, knees, half my face is plastic surgery, my cervical spine is fused (c2-7) and I have degenerative disk disease in my entire spine…I did it all to myself and shouldn’t complain but man, do I hurt all the time and can’t help it. I have good stories and memories though. I hitchhiked from Houston Texas to Alaska and all over when I was 21. Nearly 2 years on the road I spent before settling in California and it was amazing.

I got both of them actually lol. Not sure why it’s not showing up on your end… I will look through my many many boxes of rockes between tonight and tomorrow and see what I can put together. It doesn’t sound like you have a lot, so I’ll set you up with more than just Prairie agates and Texas rocks to keep you busy for awhile. Remind me what tumblers/equipment you have? I want to make sure I send you stuff that you can manage.

It won't show up because you're probably in your "inbox" in your messages. It won't show there until someone replies to your message. You can switch to your "outbox" or "archive" though and you can probably see it there. There's a little drop box right at the top of the "Created By" column where you can switch to the other two...

It’s getting smoother! So far so good and onto stage 3 now. That’s a stunner for sure! I just got a box of prairie agate from Jason too. But I’m at work and haven’t even gotten to open it up yet. The anticipation is making work fly by. I now have three types of rocks and I couldn’t be happier! Now I just need to learn what all I can do on a budget ha ha. Bonuses don’t last forever and money doesn’t grow on trees.

I’m running Stage 1 in my Nat Geo tumbler, and stages 2 thru final polish in a 33B. Thanks for checking. Not all of us have a saw/grinder. Yet.

Oh my gosh, you have lived an exciting life. Unfortunately, our bodies don’t like us for it. lol It sucks to be in pain all the time, sorry you have to deal with that. Just keep thinkin & dreamin about rocks. I’ve found them to be a wonderful diversion!

velodromed , I remembered this morning that I’ve got some Lake Superior beach rocks in a bucket in the garage. I collected them last October. I’d love to send you a few, if you’re interested. Pictured wet/dry and for general size. YES!! Those look fantastic and I have always wanted a selection of lake Michigan rocks. That bottom rock in the third picture is especially gorgeous, I think. Actually, both of them that you’re holding are fantastic. I will take as many of those as you’re willing to part with lol. Do you have any Unikite? I’d love some of that as well if you do. I’m almost got your medium post size box put together. I just need to access a store of rocks underneath a bunch of stuff I can’t lift quite yet. This box of all different kinds of rocks will definitely keep you busy for a while lol. I’m going to try to get it out in the next few days.

michiganpebbler I just saw your message about the tumbler that you have. It has a 3 pound of barrel right? Is it a ‘tall’ barrel? Or does it have a smaller one or 2 pound barrel? Maybe shoot me a picture over when you have a chance.

Shoot me a PM with your details. PS. These are a combination of Lake Superior & Lake Michigan rocks. I forgot I blended them together.

Maybe shoot me a picture over when you have a chance. Yep, all of my barrels are 3 lbs. The Nat Geo is a shorter, wide barrel, the 33B barrels are narrow and taller.
