Well it's so simple. It's a little plastic wheel with 3 plastic spokes in the middle sitting ontop of a stand.  But if that's not right I'd say it was a bottle stopper. |

I think the aliens are coming in peace, and they sent those communication devices to impart that. They are very practical aliens, and have much better technology, so that one simple device can go in our sinks and toilets, beds, bagpipes and wine bottles. If only we can find the correct wavelength to fluoresce this device, we will have peace on earth.
