The outside end of a protective ear plug? The squishy kind you compress and allow to expand in your ear. Darryl.

Ok, this one is bugging me.....clues: not DIRECTLY related to rocks or lapidary, so that means it could be used for that, also I cannot imagine you would send someone (on this forum) something that couldn't be used in that direction. Also, what's with the spelling? WOT, I keep thinking this must be a and indirect clue of some sort, and it would be just like someone with your sense of humor to come up with that. The center of that thing actually looks like it is raised up, which would mean the holes are actually on the sides of the center, The holes look like they were cut by you, not by a factory, they would be more precision cut I would think. would SOMEONE Please figure this out???!! LOL Maybe it is a worn out tumbler, or worn out tub, wheel on a tumbler, or just a piece of plastic with wholes in it sitting over a black hole!!!! LOL Marie

Well, going from Marie's mesage I looked up WOT. Could stand for Wheel of Time - a series I read. But another definition was Women on Top - that made me think of birth control. But I think what it really stands for is Waste of Time. :-)

When he gave the clue, he also said '' I hear where you are coming from on this one,but the answer isnt in sight "I may be wrong, but I think this was another clue.Something hidden that makes noise. Somebody guess this dang thing, I'm tired of looking at it.

I got it! It's the insides of a party noise-maker - the kind you blow into and it squaks and the little paper thingy unrolls. Yeah, that's it!
LOL!

An earphone, or a loud speaker of some sort. Simon Sorry it has taken so long for me to reply to this thread. We have a winner. It is an ear phone from an ipod/mp3/mobile. Simon, please contact me with dispatching details. Thanks for playing everyone that entered.
