Jean, they ain't all specimens. I have over a ton of cutting material stashed away too. And my collection of lapidary equipment keeps growing.

Well, I opted to go with Depron foam in my specimen boxes. It's super light weight, can be cut with a single edge razor blade without crumbling, Is just soft enough to be cut slightly oversized and pressed into the boxes for a tight fit, and mineral tack sticks to it real good. It's a medium gray in color, and has a slightly metallic look to it. It comes in several size sheets. I bought sheets that are 6 MM thick, (Slightly less than 1/4"), 10" wide X 30" long. It comes in packs of 10 sheets for $10.00 + shipping. !0 sheets will last a long time. If anyone is interested in trying this material, I got it here. www.rcfoam.com/product_info.php?cPath=40&products_id=462 (They accept Paypal). Oh, and I almost forgot. It can be glued with super glue without melting. Here's a pic of a piece. The actual color is a little darker gray than the pic.

Wow, sure are a lot of rocks from different places. So many of those names I've never heard of. (The typed ones are good, can you read some of those hand written ones?)

I'll edit in the info for the hand written minerals. Haven't had time to type new labels yet. When I type them up, they'll contain more info than the sellers labels.

LOL, so you're the guy that keeps upping the bids. Over 2 days of bidding there were 3 or 4 that I didn't win.
There was only 1 that I wasn't willing to loose. The Flourellestadite. I needed that one for my Crestmore Quarry collection.

3 New specimens tonight. Double Terminated. Possible Double Terminated. Some idiot glued it into the styrofoam. Need to soak it and try to get the glue off. Type Locality. Rare. Only 3 locations in the world. Double terminated.

Removed the glue from the Lorenzenite crystal. It was double terminated. Nice crystal. Minor damage on one termination.

Finally a few new specimens, with more coming in a few days. I find pseudomorphs interesting. Also skeletal minerals.
