LOL Don. Pm me your mailing address and I will send you some Owhyee slices, Nyssa pink plume, Monarch, and one of either Cripple Creek or Windy Ridge or Roys claim, can't decide which the heck it is. Got my buckets mixed up when hounding there. Maybe you post the pics and I can find out.
Also off the subject but a long while back you posted a pic of your vintage gem drill. I have one like yours but no handle to pulse the table up and down. I need some detailed pics and length meadurement of yours so I can use a electricians pipe bender to make me one. Thanks pardner. Give Jake a stew bone please? LOL

I have 2 of those gem drills now. Found 1 on ebay & won the bid. Got it cheap. I'll have to pull the handle off of 1 & get pics. I'll see if I can do it later today.

Big tumbles!!! Nice pictures. I'm experimenting with large pieces for tumble-I just fill the tumbler about half full with bigger stuff, than fill the rest with marble size,to pea sized rocks,granite,agates,anything-it seems to work great!

Wow Roy you got lots of nice variety on your claim! A little birdie told me you were headed into the Owhyees this weekend! OK so now I got it straight almost all my Windy Ridge has nice sky and hills. My Cripple Creek is mostly hills with no sky! Whew that took two years to straighten out. Note to you rockhounds.... take lots of sacks and mark them to keep all this picture jasper straight.
So Roy I have never been to your claim then. I want to hit the Succor Creek Campground with Sussn this year, she has never seen it.
My favorite place is the Original Gem Owhyee claim. Walking around there and finding the little pieces with the pattern is just so much fun and every once in a whIle you get a piece that's big enough to make a couple of cabs.
The Owhyees are the most beatific places I have been!
Thanks Roy, Tony, and the other Tony for taking us to so many places to rockhound!!!

Very interesting material. I hope you'll post pics of the slabs, and give us a heads up before you start to market the material.
