Well said Steve just what I was trying to get the hard heads to realize but they just kept up on anyone that did not see it there way. It is a shame we here that are wanting to learn from others lost the most here.Sad thing is they still do not care how they treated this new member and think they are some how justified. I for one just do not get it.Well those of you that think your behavior was justified and have got some reason for your treatment of this new and now gone member pipe up and explain to those of us that see this behavior as a sad way to treat anyone let alone a newbie.Wish I had a business where 97% of my customers were happy most would be repeat customers more than likely. Do not get those that think 97% rating is all that bad when you are selling the kinds and the amounts of materials that he was. Gem stones are much different than rough. Most people buying rough gems know nothing about them so I see why he could have allot of negatives why do you all not see that.Only one here has even offered an apology that is even the saddest of all the things that has transpired here. George

Well George, I can't see what would make a more thought out and logical analysis/explination that the one I posted. I considered your points and tried to acknowledge where we were in some agreement. I challenged some overstatement and distortion. You now seem to ignore my points. I am not sure what I can do in the face of this kind of rigidity. I will just move on.

Well - 5 pages long - loads of stuff said - plenty of views expressed.
Lots learned and many a hurdle jumped.
Is it ok if we leave this now and move along the bus though - it can go on forever but just for the board it would be better left to drift down.
I aint locking it or deleting it - pls can it drift down tho.
Cheers Mark

l both buy and sell on ebay,l get items from yard sales and thrift stores in my area and sell to other areas, only real problem l've had was as a seller,a lightly "used" item,l saw a very nice item that appeared as new, buyer on delivery saw not the new but a "used item",he paid $80.00 for a $300 + item and wanted his money back, filed a complaint, paypal froze my account after l had bid on another item,a mess that carried on for 3 days then the whole thing was dropped,? not sure l will sell there any longer, seems like only ebay really makes money on ebay,E
