Kind of heavy on the Crazy Lace, but I love Crazy Lace!! Can't wait to see which Nate chooses to work with!

I have been looking these over all morning and I've decided I'm going to cab the polish Flint. I've always wanted to cab some of that but don't feel like paying $20+ for a slab any time I see it. Working on a design and will hopefully start it today yet 👍

Well I wasn't sure how it was gonna go - it's 25°f in my garage - but I got the cab done! I will find some slabs to add tomorrow and have the box ready to go when I get the green light. Thanks again Diana! deedolce

OK, it took a few days longer than I planned but I have the box all packed up and ready to ship out tomorrow! I cut the Polish flint from Diane to send Gary and my daughter claimed the heart shaped slab of obsidian. The replacements I added are psilomelane: hypersthene (same side, 2 angles): And just for fun in case someone wants to try it I also tossed in a piece of bowlerite.

I just received the box and I was delighted to see what Nate had done with the Polish Flint. This is perfect, Nate! My wife's family tree is 100% Polish, so she's going to get a pendant for her birthday in November...
I will do my best to select a slab and cut a cab in a couple of days. I'm in the middle of Excel dealing with all of my numbers as I prepare for Washington taxes by the end of the month. Why do I always leave it until January?!?
My thanks again to Diana for creating this exchange!

The box came I really great shape.
The obsidian cab is absolutely gorgeous! And is also very hard to photograph
I've picked out the one I'll be cabbing.

That cab is sweet! It's hypersthene, Ali. Check out the pix I posted of the rough. Easiest way to describe it is it's like black & white Labradorite.

MsAli I think that may be the hypersthene. It's beautiful! Good job on that video, too.
