Maybe this is why you find more Fairburns than I do...I've stared at that ground shot for quite awhile, and be danged if I can see the Fairburn in there! LOL - It's worse than "Where's Waldo?" LOL That's why I put the picture there my friend....it's almost directly in the center, next to a larger rock... 🙂 I "thought" that was it...but be danged if I could be sure! LOL *If you're like us right now, there won't be any hunting today! We're getting slammed with snow! |

Love the “In Situ” picture. Your right Jason, it is very difficult to see. I keep telling myself to take pics like this while I’m hounding to help others but I’m too excited to reach down and grab the rock so I always forget lol. I think everyone would admit it’s very educational to see these stones in their “as found state” even if it’s a alluvial find. Gotta remember to do this next time I’m out. We should start a “Do You See It?” Thread of stones in the wild and see who comes up with what. Could be a fun topic!
