Nice collection, thanks for the pics Jason. I'd planned to go this year but since it already happened i guess i won't. Never seems to be enough time when summer rolls around.
Also thanks for clarifying on the "Hills" agates, props to them for not labeling them Fairburn. If it's legit from the area cool, but some tack on the moniker only to justify a higher selling price. Probably silly but it irks me. Some serious lunker nodules regardless.

Thanks for the eye candy jasoninsd ! Unfortunately I was unable to attend... Hopefully next year! It wasn't all that impressive this year. Most of the "regular" vendors hardly had anything with them at the show...no rough...no slabs... So...you didn't miss much! One day, I will attend. One day. Thank you for those pics. Agates are just fantastic. When you do, I'll go with you if you want!! Pretty nice stuff. Were the bigger ones removed from the host rock? See below. LOL I should mention those two larger ones are labeled as "Hills Agates". Some say there different than Fairburns...but I believe they are all one and the same... I'm going to say no. Most Fairburns that you'll see are as they were found, they say that they're worth more that way. Mine aren't worth anything...'cause I'll never sell them! LOL That my friend would be a day worth it

Got skunked hounding today but found this when I dumped the wood out of my backpack...I wonder if that counts?
