 jeannie and I are buying our last home. We made a wish list of what we wanted. -Large land -Log cabin -Bordering national Forest (elk for dinner!) jamesp may be proud! -Colorado -Affordable..... -wrap around porch So here is our 35 acres bordering the Wet Mountains National Forest near Pueblo Colorado. 20 minutes from Walmart. 1/4 mile to nearest neighbor, 1/2 mile to the next closest.  Sadly, it's a vacation home until 2027 when Jeannie can retire with all the bells and whistles. |

Congratulations! It looks fabulous. We need WAY MORE pictures! Thank you! We only had two hours to view the property and get out. Offer is accepted, inspection complete, earnest cash in escrow and now awaiting resolution to a few minor problems. We get the keys June 1 and Jeannie will have more pics then |

Thank you sir! That's our home inspector emerging from the crawl space. No! Soapstone wood burning stove. So yes! Nope. Lol But the Colorado amazonite with smoky quartz area is 50 miles. Pikes peak is visible from where we sit in this image. |

You have given some hints Scott. Is it near Greenwood and 96? Florence is the closest township although the zip code is 81005 Pueblo Colorado. You nailed it smarty pants! The property is in that image for sure. Northeast side of the obvious forested area at 6388 feet altitude. From the bullseye you head straight to Beulah and we are ~1/3 of the way there. |
