There’s a cloudinary tutorial under the technical help section (I haven’t tried this). Or, if you have Flickr account, you can use that, using the Share Function (BBCode tab).
Welcome aboard.

I hadn't heard of Youngite and was expecting a picture of a kid rockhounding. LOL I looked it up and it seems the best indications are quartz and location. I am looking forward to your picture www.mindat.org/min-39865.html

I am looking forward to your picture www.mindat.org/min-39865.htmlThanks for the reminder and link Greig, to look for info on mindat. I have several pieces I've picked up here and there (sales, etc., not found in the wild) and have always thought that it looked "cave related." I just ran across a slab on the patio yesterday!
Quote from Christopher Clemens, via mindat: "Youngite is an agatized brecciated jasper with a coating of grayish translucent druzy quartz. Found in only one location, the youngite caves near Guernsey, WY."
Looked through the photos on mindat, the first one very much resembles the photo of cave popcorn from Kokoweef I recently posted in Old Stock Database.
Here's another link, that takes you directly to the youngite gallery on mindat: Youngite photo gallery
I love the crystal druzy, surrounding the salmon colored matrix.

We had a member here. Braders, I think. He lived in the area where Youngite comes from. I've gotten a bunch from him. He seemed to be think it was fairly plentiful. Youngite is chock full of vugs and druzy and can be very pretty if not a pain to cab.

Wow - lucky you to have had a source like that. Looks like it's been a while since that person was logged on here.

I received a slabette and a small chunk of youngite in the box of SWAG Braders sent to me for winning his scavenger hunt contest five years ago. (That was a fun contest.) I didn't realize that Braders lived in Wyoming, at the time. Another person that lives/lived in Wyoming is John Thunder69 's brother Brian. AKA wyobrian. He hasn't been logged in for a few years now, but John pops in every now and then.
