So there really is a panther jasper, apparently, although it looks nothing like a panther.

I would be remiss not to mention cymophane (a.k.a. cat's eye). Then there's cat's-eye (chatoyant) quartz, tiger tail jasper, lion skin quartz (a.k.a. nellite), and leopard serpentine.
