 Congrats jasoninsd on a well deserved win! Beautiful cab! Didnt take long to win one! Thank you so much!  I was very lucky to have a nice piece of Teepee Canyon to work...and I'm very lucky to have so many people willing to freely give advice and direction, which enabled me to progress faster than I thought I could. Congrats Jason! That cab was stunning and well deserving of the win. Especially impressive with the supporting cast of characters. An amazing number of quality cabs to have to pick from.  Congrats to everyone else, too. You all made that decision a really tough one!

It is about time you got some "official" recognition for the quality of the work you do, though.
Picking a good layout and framing it in your preform is at least as important as the final cut and polish. You nailed 'em all.

Congratulations jasoninsd on an outstanding creation and impressive win in a crowded field of beautiful stones. Aside from the really beautiful stone and excellent photography that made it pop, what put it over the top for me personally was what I consider a perfectly shaped cabochon as you showed us in the side shot. |

LOL Now comes the REALLY hard part...figuring out what "theme" to come up with!  I'll have to review the thread you created for just such an occurrence and see if that'll spark some ideas!
