AzRockGeek . Those sure look huge!!! How did you get them home?? I wish they were HUGE, the total weight of everything was around 40 pounds. I wanted more Amy Sage, but there were only two dealers who had it , I went through a few pallets and some 55gal drums and only found 1 really good piece. I hit my budget with the opal from the Aussies, I will head back in a few weeks for the Pow Wow see if there is anything new.

I found this in a box outside of my door. Sharing this beautiful quartz cluster I recently purchased from my friend Kelly. She owns Lingen Tree in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin. I am going to leave it as is. I like the iron staining on it.

Well technically yesterday… What is it? quartzilla Epidote Crystals. These come out from a location about a 1/4 behind my mom’s property. I have a bunch that I’ve dug out of there over the years.

Went back to that antique shop finally to see how big the number was in front of the 50 I could make out, it was $550! Anyway, settled for a little piece of Rhodochrosite for 7 bucks
Also, going to attempt my first cab this afternoon. Prepare your sore eyes lol

Here’s a few pics from The meetup last night at Tony’s. I will post more in depth about the get together later, it was great seeing some of you again and meeting some new faces too! Looks like fun and a good turn out.

This found me yesterday in Q, 37# of fluorite. I've only had one piece of Flourite and it's awesome. What do you plan on doing with it? I originally planned to cut several 1/2" thick slabs and polish them as displays, along with a couple spheres. Now, I think I may just face polish the entire piece and at it to my display. Great question. Thx.

A few more followed me home from Tucson. Spent my annual rock budget yesterday, good thing the shows are wrapping up soon for the season. Namibian Shattuckite. Some OJ. A piece of African Purperite. Last piece is some African Pietersite. Need to get saws fired up soon.

Wow, awesome haul! That's some high dollar rough you got there. The Namibian Shattuckite is to die for.
