Sabretooth Tiger on the left side... my first thought was a werewolf. I showed my wife and she said werewolf too! A saber tooth tiger is a good match too. It actually reminds me of Evil Ed from the original Fright Night; the kid who got turned into a werewolf and they burned a cross into his head, I can even see the cross but that might be my imagination lol… I totally see that!! And I see the cross too!! |

Not enough likes for that one! Amazing! Aint those slabs money?  !! I've taken two slabs, got maybe 8 more to go. Keeps getting better and bigger the further I cut. |

It’s unbearable out here right now. Basically have to go out when sun comes up, finish hounding by noon at the latest. I don’t do heat |

I don’t do heat Once I get my saw blades in from Kingsley North I am going to cut it into slices! I actually have some other rocks I want to start out with but my plan is to start slabbing stuff up and see what direction that takes me in. I would love to get in on a NV trip with you guys! I live in Santa Cruz but drive all over the SF peninsula, San Jose, Morgan Hill, and even Hollister area for work. I am an estimator for a plumbing and HVAC company. I often have an hour or 2 to kill between calls so I do a little rock hounding here and there. |
