What you did for that little kitty was so wonderful. He had a great life after you rescued him. Sorry for your loss but without you he would have suffered a terrible fate.

I won these slabs on ebay. The box contained 80 slabs and average 1.75 each. Not all this material. I don't know much about cary moss. These were labeled "Cary ranch" Thanks for helping Geoff

A big thank you to everybody for the wonderful comments. Psilomelene is dirty but not muddy. Wear gloves and it wont be too bad. I brought a piece of marcasite in agate to the rock club on Monday, two of the junior members were fascinated by the black water and the mirror polish.
I feel your pain Amber. lucky for me I don't have a brand0new set of plastic for my old genie.

Great cabs! I think the spider/sunburst jasper is also called fireworks and flower. I think I will cut some of the piece I have. I hope to get as nice a pattern as you did Donnie.
